PARKING
Down Under Fitness is located on the 3rd floor of the blue Building (Park Rd. side of building) - parking available behind, in front or adjacent to the Blue Building - enter through security entrance (elevator) or Personnel entrance (stairs) to 3rd floor.

Please check the days/classes you will be attending (please type your FULL NAME as well as IN or OUT in the spaces to the right of the classes ) for the upcoming week.  Minimum class participation is 4, otherwise instructor has right to cancel class at his/her discretion.  We require 24-hr notice if you plan on attending.  Class cancellations will be posted below this form.  We encourage everyone to participate.
